K3s vs MicroK8s

K3s is the lightweight Kubernetes distribution from Rancher (now SUSE). MicroK8s is the lightweight Kubernetes from Canonical. Both are single-binary, low-resource Kubernetes distributions aimed at edge and dev. K3s is the more popular choice in the community; MicroK8s is the better fit for Ubuntu-based systems.
